Tessa Zimomra

Beginning her ABJ career in 2003, Ms. Tessa's role in the business has steadily increased since her arrival. She now serves as the Assistant Artistic Director, the Children's Program Director, and the ABJ Company Manager. Having received a degree from UA in Dance Instruction and Studio Management. Ms. Tessa's life-long dreams have true at ABJ. Dancing for over 20 years now, her love and passion for the art of dance shines through to all her students. Certified by Dance Masters of America in ballet, tap, and jazz, she gives a strong foundation and dance education to her students. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her love and knowledge for dance to your child this year at ABJ.

Jaime Tarbox

In 2004, Ms. Jaime began working at ABJ as a jazz teacher. Her amazing talent and progressive choreography quickly made her an ABJ necessity. A UA graduate with a Biology degree, Ms. Jaime's many talents continue to impress the ABJ faculty and dancers. She currently serves as the ABJ Company Co-Director and ABJ Jazz Director. Now in her second year as the ABJ Company Choreographer, Ms. Jaime defines the ABJ Company. Having led an accomplished career as a dancer herself with lead roles in productions and being a member of many accomplished dance teams, her talent as a teacher and choreographer has been recognized by notable dance celebrities such as Shane Sparks and Brian Friedmann. Mia Michaels has stated that Ms. Jaime's choreography is "smartly done" and "expertly innovative."
