By Phone

Call us at (205) 752-5124 to register by phone with a credit or debit card.

By Mail

1. Please select the dance class in which you wish to enroll. Please choose classes according to age and level.
2. Complete the registration form. Click here for the registration form. Please denote the class day/time. Click here to view the class schedules.
3. Complete your tuition cost using the 2010-2011 Tuition Rate Chart. Click here to view the chart. Tuition is calculated separately for each child in a family. Families with more than one child enrolled can receive a 10% discount on monthly tuition for the second child. Sibling discount does not apply to semester or yearly tuition.
4. Please return the completed registration form with a registration payment of $30 (checks made payable to the Academy of Ballet & Jazz) or with appropriate credit card information.
